Once you have obtained a valid prescription, please upload a copy in your My Account.
Please verify before submission that
1. Your prescription is still valid (not expired)
2. Your eye doctor prescribed our brands of contact lenses (e.g., Ocylens) in your prescription
3. Key parameters are prescribed as : Base Curve (BC) = 8.5 mm and Diameter (DIA) = 14.2 mm
If your prescription does not meet these three criteria, please renew or update your prescription first before your submission
