ELIGIBILITY

In order to qualify for an online vision test, you must meet ALL of the following conditions.

1. You must be between 18 and 55 years old.
2. Your eyes must be healthy and you can’t have any medical conditions that impact your vision.
3. You can’t do an online vision test if you have had diabetes.
4. You can obtain only the prescriptions between -10.00 and +3.50 in spherical strength (SPH), -0.25 and -3.00 in cylinder power (CYL) and +0.25 and +4.00 in add power (ADD).
5. Your previous prescription is required for all new contact lens prescriptions.
6. Our partner’s online vision test service is available in 37 states.

An online vision test is not a comprehensive eye health exam. If you have chronic health conditions (e.g. diabetes, high cholesterol), are pregnant, or are currently experiencing or have in the past experienced any serious eye disease, or visual distortions, flashes, or floaters, we recommend you visit an in-person eye care professional instead.
